Monday, May 7, 2018Pat was a wonderful friend to me for over 30 years. She was always honest and forthright but in the most loving way. She treated everyone with respect, no matter who they were. I first met her at st. Luke's when I happened to sit behind her at mass. We started talking and shared many thoughts about our lives. I got to know some of her family members as well. Her love of animals was amazing and the therapy dog visits made her and Bruce stars at the nursing homes. Pat worked through many rough years in her life but always persevered without complaint. Her former students kept in touch and that was a great joy in her life seeing them succeed in life. Pat always had her strong and true faith to keep her focused. Not in a flashy external way but deep inside her being. I know she is happy with Bob and Bruce now, smiling down on all of us.

Sunday, May 6, 2018I am so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I worked with Pat for many years at Traphagen. She was a hard working teacher and a great colleague. My thoughts are with all of you at this time. Tracy Green
